Project Manager, Trainer and Team Leader, Capita John Lewis
Duties as trainer and team leader: responsible for training new starters; ensuring that any HR admin is completed correctly; attending and leading disciplinary hearings; managing and increasing performance based on the business needs.
As the project manager: in charge of managing and implementing the change directed by the client (John Lewis); mostly software implementation (Connex by Salesforce); ensuring that project is rolled out on time and within budget, all of the staff trained correctly, and any updates/releases of the software are imbedded successfully; liaising between Capita and John Lewis regarding any risks associated with the project and the impact on the two business.
